I have lived in this complex for 4.5 years and I can say this. I have never seen the management deteriorate this much in such a short time.
The maintenance is pitiful, the attitude of the management staff is outright pathetic. I concur with the individual who labeled the manager 'a bitter woman'. This individual is downright rude and treats you as the most undesirable creature. In fact, I had to take the matters upto the VP of the property management company (The Westover Companies) to find any resolution.
I still continue to live in this place due to one fact; I hate to move for just an year or two while we hunt for a house.
This is intended not to scare people away or bad mouth individuals, but to alert any potential newcomers of risks and things they may want to ensure before signing your peace away for at least one year. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
