Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Just moved out from the apartment to our newly bought house after staying there for almost 2 years. Overall experience is excellent. The apartment is spacious. The location is convenient to highway and shopping. All our maintenance requests have been responded in the next business day. They have staff picking up any trash in the public area every morning. The rent only increases 3% every year. With gas and water included in the rent, we didn't need to worry about how cold a winter could be. Strongly recommend this apartment.
