I moved to Jamestown from a high rise in King of Prussia. It's great to be in such a beautiful community that is really taken care of by the staff. I've been here for 4 months now, and any problem that I have had with the apartment (only a few very minor issues, like the cabinent door was faulty) were fixed the very next day. My neighbors are all very nice and courteous. Yes you can hear through the walls sometimes, but most neighbors are respectful. The people that live above us are very rude and loud, and would not respect the "quiet hours." Even after we went and asked them politely to keep it quiet during the late hours they would not. Finally we mentioned it to managment, and SURPRISE, have not heard a peep out of them since. The managment staff take your personal comfort very serious around here, which is above and beyond anything that I have experienced in an apartment complex before. We are expecting our first child in 2 months, and I am very happy to have such a nice apartment to bring my baby home to for the first year or two.
