Lived here for more that 2 years and still got back just around 10% of security deposit only. Good maintenance and amenities. Maintenance always showed up in time. But, when you move they will take away 90% of you security deposits. That's the way they maintain the apts I think. So when you move in if ts all nice and fresh, somebody is probably crying over their security deposit.

Every resident is given a move-out checklist when they give notice to vacate. It clearly re-iterates what is in the Lease: the apartment must be returned to the Landlord in the same clean condition it is received (nice and fresh as stated in the review). If there are damages beyond normal wear and tear or balances left unpaid, there will be deductions from the security deposit. It is extremely important that everyone READ their lease (all our residents receive a copy) and ask questions of their Landlord to avoid misunderstandings.
