My experience here hasn't been all that great! I've had quite a few maintenance issues, experienced far too many power outages (only our buildings), and have paid far too much money for it. If they tell you that there is a large range of ages living here, it might be true, but it's mostly very old people- i.e. not a happening community. And there is NO way out of the lease- not even death, so think seriously before you sign your money away!
