Heat, hot water included

You pay electric & cable. Heat, hot water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. Nice place. All the residents know each other and are very friendly. Cats ok w/ no additional fee. Dogs not allowed. My family will be here for a while. Playground nearby for the kids. A
