These apartments were a dream at first. But the new neighbors are noisy into early morning hours and don't clean up after their pets (watch your step!). You can hear other neighbors snoring through the walls at night. The heat and hot water often don't work (at LEAST once a month). So unless you don't like taking showers, you might want to keep looking.
Other than that, the neighborhood is nice and safe. Many of the neighbors are very nice and have been living here for a long time. You can always get a parking spot within reasonable walking distance. Snow clean up is quick.
