I've lived here for a little over a year and have enjoyed the area very much. It's very convenient to many places and usually very quiet. Neighbors are older and considerate. The big back yard and stream running always make for beautiful pictures. Plenty of space, closets etc. Maintenence crew is prompt and kind. Currently the only complaint I have is the HVAC. The bedrooms stay a little colder than the rest of the apartment in the Winter and warmer in the Summer.

As the property manager at Willow Run I would like to thank you for your positive review. For the heat and A/C the thermostat is in the living room and in a two bedroom apartment the temperatures in the bedrooms ( mainly the back one) will be a little harder to moderate because of this. Once the temperature at the thermostat reaches whatever it is set for it will shut off and unfortunatley the bedrooms are little bit cooler/warmer. The only things we can suggest to do for this is 1) to get a fan and place it close to the hallway so it can push or pull the air to or from the bedrooms or 2) adjust the thermostat to make which ever room you are going to be in comfortable. It may mean setting it a little higher/lower if you are going to be in the bedroom area. Thank you again, Tracy Plante Property Manager Willow Run Apartments
