(user photo) the hole under my cabinets and my cats paw (user photo) the broken stair and ill fit carpet, I had to pull some nails our cause they went into my childrens feet (user photo) the hole under our front door (user photo) the one thing they did before we moved in (entry way)...still done improperly with gaps left

Good changes being made

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Since the new owners took over last March there have been many great changes. The new property manager Dianne is very courteous and tries to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Since ED the old (drunk) maintenance man left the new ones have been a pleasure to deal with and very prompt. I feel ALL are doing a great job in trying to make this place just as there business card says "A tranquil place to live"
