I've been here 2-1/2 months and lost power 6 times. Lost hot water twice (currently still without over 24 hours now). There are bugs of every sort and mice. There is trash throughout the hallways, dog crap outside (in this heat it don't smell nice). My car was hit in my first week here (they didn't stick around). Kids run around the buildings constantly. The door to get in the building is busted. They never call you back when you have problems. The trash cans aren't enough for the amount of people here so trash is constantly spilling out of the cans. Parking is awful if you get here after 6 PM. The pipes under my kitchen sink were not put together properly and one day the pipe literally fell off and we had water all under the sink and the floor. Do NOT use the laundry rooms here because people will take your stuff out of the washer and put their own in or they steal it. There are letters from management posted throughout the building and I highly doubt whoever wrote went to high school.
