My lease is up in october and im out. This place really blows. The first day i moved in there was black mold all over my frig and we literally didnt have a stove. And then they were giving me a hard time about replacing it. The hot water has gone out like 5 times and sometimes there is no water at all. In my bathroom the toilet from upstairs leaks into our bathroom and we have told them several times and nothing is done about it. The kids in the building are out of control they break stuff and run up and down the halls and knock on doors. NO parking after 6p you have to park on the grass and The trash is always overflowing. And they describe this place as High tech Laundry.Yeah right the dryers dont work at all. All this crap and they have the nerve to try and charge us a 50$ inspection fee. B.S. were not paying. Dont come here, dont even drive past and if you live here get out like us.
