I've only been here about three months, but everyone knows everything about me. Every fight, every happy moment, every breath has been shared with every crackhead and junkie in here including the manager. Never signed a lease, but was "evicted" when didn't know proper date to pay the rent. Currently going to court to fight it. Ad's say renovated but only new thing we had in our apartment was paint that had drip and smudge marks and cheap brown carpets that clashed with the baby blue tiles on the kitchen/bathroom floor from about 10 years ago. Ad's also say they supply new appliances... our fridge was broken and spolied all of our food when we moved in but they didn't supply a new one, had to go out and buy one ourselves, stove stopped working a week into our first month there because if you have the oven and the burner on at the same time it trips the circuit and turns it off. "24 hour maintenance men" came about 4 days later already knowing what the problem was and taught us how to fix it ourselves.. how nice of him! The manager is ignorant and doesn't help at all. We've been infested with roaches from about the second week into living here. Told her at least 3-5 times and she finally sent someone to "fix" the problem he sprayed just the living room in a two-floor apartment. She's no help at all, sounds and looks drugged-up 99% of the time, and doesn't care about the apartments as is evident in the fact that she's never in her office. This place is a nightmare and I would never reccommend it to anyone.
