awesome management! Thank goodness for the new management that took over and whipped this great property into shape! Still needs a little bit of work, but overall it's a great place to live. I had no complaints other then apartments that still need to be slightly renovated. I would say

Decent place I lived here about 2 years ago and had no problems. I didnt have a car so parking wasnt a problem for me. I dont know what people are talking about...the place was quiet and peaceful when i stayed there. Overall a decent place to stay

A Slum Parking is horrible. Kids running the hallways late at night. There is no maintenance. The grounds are a filthy. Snow removal is practically non-existant. Eterior of buildings have huge cracks and bricks missing or loose. Not woth $850 a month for a two bedroom apartment. Stay away!

Good changes being made Since the new owners took over last March there have been many great changes. The new property manager Dianne is very courteous and tries to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Since ED the old (drunk) maintenance man left the new ones have been a pleasure to deal with
