Good changes being made Since the new owners took over last March there have been many great changes. The new property manager Dianne is very courteous and tries to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Since ED the old (drunk) maintenance man left the new ones have been a pleasure to deal with

Looking worse every day Ads and web say being renovated, but apartments are barely cleaned up after previous tenant. Just paint and a new carpet. Tar from previous smoker bleeds through paint and gets on things, no damaged fixtures replaced or repaired, no electrical problems corrected.
