I have been living here almost a year. I am happy so far. No mice and if there is crime, I don't hear about it. Cheltenham police will come out if you sneeze too loud. The parking is absolutely awful. That is pretty much my only complaint. I really like it though and I am considering renewing if I don't buy a home this year.
