Great place to live. Great amenities, generally a quiet except for some rowdy students at Arcadia, but I've heard that they're getting rid of them. I'm in Building #3 with a great balcony and view of the city. I have renewed my lease for another year through 2005. Rental rates are not bad relative to what you're getting. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Great location relative to the city and Montgomery County...just about 5 miles from the Turnpike. Access to Center City through Cheltenham Avenue and Broad Street or weaving your way through Mount Airy to Lincoln Drive and 76.
