There are three buildings in this apartment complex. I live in building one. I've live there for the last year and just renewed my lease. Building one has been undergoing major construction on the ground floor for the last year. It's been extremely noisy. So much so the management has offered to shuttle people to the other buildings to avoid the noise.

Some of the apartments are also being converted from large 3 bedrooms to smaller units. This makes the noise level during the day to be unbearable.

The heater units are old and drives up the electric bill considerably. I've had to buy 2 heating units to avoid the $100 heating bills. Keep in mind my apartment is only 1 bedroom and is 950 sq. ft.

Additionally, there is also a mice problem in building 1. I'm not sure about the other buildings. But if the building I'm living in is of any indication it can't be any better.

Most of the residents of the complex are retired couples. So they don't want to leave the place because that's where all their friends are and they don't want to take up the burden of home ownership.

I renewed because I'm about to move to NYC and don't want to bother moving.

It's really not worth the money. Take it from someone who is still living there.
