The maintenance of the building is awful. They spent all the money renovating the first floor to attract a new restaurant. But neglected the apartments.

Now the management is letting the college down the street lease the apartments because they can't fill it with any new tenants. That's how badly run this place is.

All the problems people have listed in this board are true.

- There is a mice problem.
- The noise from the constuction is loud.
- Maintenance needs to be called constantly before they will do anything.
- The AC and heaters are old and cost a lot to use.
- There is virtually no insulation around the windows and patio doors. You can feel the draft coming through the door.

For less money, you are better off looking at Wyncote House or the Plaza Apartments.
