My grandmother has lived in this place for over 15 years. Rent keeps increasing and last time I was there, we found a mouse. After reading about all of the mice, someone could contact a TV station to do a story. When she moved in, it was mostly elderly people and now she has noisy college kids down the hall! Go figure. They keep upping the rent and the "security" is a joke. All I have to do is pull up and say who I'm there to see and they just say come on in. I could be a stalker or ex-con and they wouldn't know the difference. I don't see her moving out any time soon, because it's hard to pick up that many years of your life. If she's older & serious, hill house in chestnut hill seems to "cater" to an older demographic, & the place was actually nice when i went to see it-i didn't personally live there (due to being 21) and not wanting to live around an elderly crowd (nothing against them, but i still have some partying left to do) and its in a gorgeous area
