I enjoyed most of the first year living at Trilogy. Quiet, friendly atmosphere and a great apartment. The utility bill was high, but I expected it because of the older construction. The troubles began when the Devry University students moved in. Noise, trash, and shady people are all Trilogy has become. Much of our floor is filled with loud, obnoxious, dirty Devry students who do not know the meaning of luxury apartment living. Trilogy could have been a very exclusive place to live, but two things hold it back: the ghetto (aka Cheltenham/Cedarbrook) and the Devry students. It became so badly lately, we decided to break our lease with a buy-out option and move into a better place in a better neighborhood. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Oh this is good. I'm the author of the first response to this topic, the DeVry student, and I just noticed something about "germatt's" original post. The post was made on May 10th of 2005. DeVry didn't even move into the complex until June of 2006. Get your facts straight, this is just insulting.
