I have to laugh at the people who post notes on this site, as if they are real. People send rent in late, get a late notice and retaliate by writing bad things on this website, as if they are true.
If you are so unhappy at an apartment why not stand up and let management know. Writiing it out on a website is stupid. Who does that' A child maybe, angry at the authority. If anyone has a problem at TRILOGY I challange them to come forward and be brave enough to say something. I know a great deal of people in this development and I don't know anyone who is dissapointed any more. There were changes they went through when the new owner took over 5 years ago, but we've been here through all of these changes and I've looked around and spoken to friends who live in other apartment communities. Nothing is perfect, but when was the last time you spoke with someone who owned a house and everything was perfect with that' Get a grip and stop complaining. You won't find a better place to live, anywhere. Any time I have a problem with maintenance (which is vert infrequent)I have someone in my apartment to attend to it with-in a day. I have never seen a mouse. I don't know anyone who has seen a mouse. If there was a problem it was taken care of immediatly, never got out of hand, and never was ignored. Besides, everyone gets mice at one time or another anyway.
This place is kept very clean. Anyone who comes to visit me or you hear comments from people who come to check out an apartment to rent always remark that it is so clean and well taken care of. Do you think they save the trash and mice for the people who are not paying their rent'
For anyone who is thinking about moving to this place it is worth checking out. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for. It's worth a little extra to have security 24/7, free parking and all the great things this place offers. You won't find anything better, and that you can be sure is true.

OMG, I totally agree! I have lived here for the past year and a half. I literally had one time where something wasn't addressed in less than a day. When I politely called the management office and explained that I needed some help, the manager was so friendly and GOT IT DONE for me.
