I recently moved from Trilogy after 2 years (bought a house, which is the ONLY reason I moved.) Loved it! Yes, there was a problem at times with the trash chute, but big deal. The amenities were awesome and my wife and I took full advantage of them. At times, management could be hard to reach, but the place is huge and I suspect they spent an inordinate amount of time dealing with the "issues" of their somewhat demanding, hard to please long-time tennants (those that have lived there know what I mean!!!)
