Rent increase is 15% every year, not 5%. If you pay $1600 for year one, in a couple years you will be paying over $2000.

The maintenance is above average. They do respond quickly, however they are not very intelligent and can make mistakes.

The security is not secure. Depending on the security guard, anyone can enter thru the security gate.

The Plate restraunt starts at $20 per person.

The fitness center is not good. I suggest joining Bally's or something more professional.

Parking is outside under trees that can make your car messy. Garage parking is $700 for the year.

The doormen have not been helpful to me. I would go to pick up a package and everytime they would argue with me saying that I did not have one. I would have to force them to do work and check in the back room. Also, along the lines of packages. The pickup cards are taped to the outside of the mailboxes and anyone can pretend to be you to pick up a package. They never "check" to make sure you are the actual tenant.

Construction has been bothersome. I had a nice view out my window, now I see a highway being built.

My apartment has been very very quiet.

I only saw one rat, since then no other problems.

They shut the water off many times to fix plumbing.

The 'guest suites' are nice. I rented one for my family.

Trilogy is on the border of philly and mont. county. Philly side is not where I like to go. I tend to drive further away from philly to do things.

Ummmm...is this person for or against the apartments. You try and figure this one out because I don't know.
