I am not sure why some people are so unhappy here! I have lived here for three years and am planning on staying for many more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although maintenance has not always responded immediately, my problems have always been taken care of in a timely fashion. There are three large high rises and I can imagine they are very busy and do the work in order of its importance! The fitness center is far superior to any apartment complex I have ever seen. They even have a movie theatre here! As far as Plate Restaurant goes, it is no more expensive than anywhere else you would go out to eat. I often get their ceasar salads which are about $9. Overall I would and do recommend this place to everyone I know. I cant think of one complaint! Ohh and as for all of the mice comments....never saw one, EVER!! If you are clean, you will not have mice! Common Sense!

I agree. Never saw a rodent or bug of any kind, but I keep a very clean place.
