Rodents, Leaks, in the Ghetto -- don't live here.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived at Trilogy for 2 years. After the second year's lease, I had to get out. The new management is OK, but there are WAY too many problems to count. First of all, I had a HUGE rodent problem. Management was aware, but they did almost nothing to help.
I also had several leaks in my ceiling that were attended to by maintenance, but they were never fixed permanently and, therefore, i had a permanent bucket in the corner of my apartment.
Secondly, I had an air conditioning unit that blew out cool (not cold) air. The apartment never got below 72 degrees and would run CONSTANTLY.
At any rate, there are too many problems for the amount of money paid for this unit.
Also, it is NOT convenient to Center City at ALL. Location is horrible. You're basically in the ghetto.
If you work in Fort Washington, the location is convenient. Anywhere else is VERY difficult to get to. You have to drive through some of Philadelphia's worst neighborhoods to get to Center City.
The construction on RT 309 kept me up almost every night for the last few months of my lease.
In summation, the place is HORRIBLE. Don't live here.
