As a marketing tactic, management changed the name of the development from Cedarbrook to Trilogy. See the reviews for Cedarbrook Hill Apts, Wyncote, PA 19095.

Poor heat, horrible maintenance, huge rent increases, poor service. Not worth the exorbitant rents. Don't move here!
