I lived in the most renovated building on the property (#3) and had the absolute worst time here. I had to move apartments because the first one I was in had the ceiling collapse. There was a leak on the roof, and the ceiling crumbled. I lost a mattress and some other small things to the leak. After it was repaired, it leaked again. I moved to another apartment on the property where the toilet and plumbing were a constant problem. My main complaints are noise, no parking, terrible maintenance (on the building), and it??s impossible to get a direct answer out of anyone if you have a problem (big or small). Buyer beware here; definitely believe what others have said; there??s a reason for all of the complaints.
