I lived here from August of 2006 and I'm moving out in May of 2007. It has been a pretty rough for me even though I just sleep here because I'm in school most of the time. It's right near a construction site so I couldn't get a good night sleep. I have had LOTS of mice here... My neighbors moved out because of the problem. Moreover, I have 4 other classmates that live here and each had rodent problems as well. The maintenance just put old school traps in and said that my place had been exterminated. The place does seem appealing at first, but later I realized that it's just for show. The rent rates increase every year by 10-15% (you can check the contract). The power bills are inconsistent! Me and my friend are paying about 80/month which doesn't make sense because 3 other classmates pay THREE to FOUR dollars a month!! So they keep their heat and any other power sources all night long. I believe that someone else is paying their electricity bills. Don't believe the people who say they love this place. If this place is so great, why is it up for sale'
