My fiance and I moved into building 1 in Feb '07 - we moved in because the leasing office made the apartment complex sound so amazing - LIES...ALL LIES!!! I have had nothing but problems since moving in here. For starters...they say this apartment is pet friendly'' It most certainly is not...I was THREATENED, yes threatened by 3 doormen for having a dog!! When I explained that it's a dog friendly building, and I pay $40/mo to have a dog here, they threatened to call security. I complained about them - nothing done!! I've had maintenance persons come in unannounced, with no warning, leaving lights on!!! I've complained about the side entrance door (the stairwell). You can't get back in once you go outside - what's the point of having a door that you can't use!'!''! Management finally made me a copy of the fire door key so I could use the stupid door!!! I had wedding gifts shipped here and one of the doormen didn't put a slip in my mailbox...as a result, some other doorman GAVE, yes gave, my wedding present to someone else - I saw the log in book and saw that the doorman actually had someone else initial it - $50 crystal bowl given to someone else. What did I get in return after complaining''' A $50 rental credit - I'm sure the people that bought my crystal bowl would be pleased to know this. I finally complained to the point that I was able to break my lease because besides being threatened in my own building, I was now having personal merchandise stolen!!!! We're moving out this weekend (thank goodness), and what do I see when I walk outside''' Someone had hit my car in the parking lot...we're paying for 24-hour surveillance of this place'' Hmm...no one saw a thing...DO NOT live here...I'd rather be homeless than live here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
