I resided in building 1 on the first floor for two years. I hear the other buildings may not be up to par. Staff is typically nice, maintenance often requires persistence. Apartments are nice and newly renovated. Facilities are slightly above average with the exception of the gym (machines break frequently). Good location. Only one break in that I can recall in the 2 years I have lived here. If you are a pet owner they allow dogs on the first floor. If you are not a pet owner DO NOT live on the first floor, verrry annoying if you do not have a dog. When I first moved in here they had left the back door open so for the first month I had bugs everywhere (downside to first floor) Also the washer and dryer (1 machine combo) broke and so did the one they replaced it with. As far as I know they no longer use them. The water was turned off frequently after they switched management. Even before they switched my water pressure was bad and my hot water would only last for about 15 minutes. Overall the apartments are decent just make sure to ask lots of questions.

hello, i am a potential renter, interested in the 3 bd apts. know anything about that building? regarding the break-in u mentioned, was it an insider job? beacause i was told there was 24/7 security available. thanks.

good location? are you insane? its boarding the ghetto - its definately not a "good location". Leave your windows open, and count how much you hear police sirens, or better yet - walk down to the shopping center. If this is a good location to you, i'd hate to see what you consider terrible. You can contact the Cheltenham police department, if i'm not mistaken - they have to disclose this information. I have heard of more than 1 break-in in the building, & yes, it was suspected as an inside job, but that was never verified.
