I am a seminary student and have recently leased a 1 bedroom at the T@W. My furniture is making it's way through the mid-west right now from Los Angeles, California as well as my vehicle.

My move in date is coming very quickly and I will be writing in details both the good and the bad experiences that I have a the T@W.

My initial impression of the apartments was that it was more upscale that the other apartments in the nearby area. I had researched a bit online before heading over there to find an apartment. Of all the other options, Wyncote seemed to be the cleanest and friendliest apartment complex.

The leasing agent was very polite and the front desk greets with a friendly hello and welcome. Which in California is a must for customer service. We expect nothing less.

The rooms are fairly warm for the cold temperatures outside. The day that we were there, it was about 39 degrees, but inside the rooms it was fair. Not warm, but not cold eaither.

Up to this point, I have had a good experience with the leasing office and staff.

Within the next 2 days, I will write another review about my move-in and the condition of the apartment.

I will be unbaised, taking nothing into consideration, simply experiencing and writing as is.

Currently, I would recommend Trilogy/T@W, but this is from a limited experience of the leasing office and front desk. As my review continues in the next months, there is a possibility of change or not.

My furniture was sent from Los Angeles by a moving company and they arrived exactly on time. My move in experience was fairly easy, because I didn't have to move anything. They did all the hauling for me. For those of you who are thinking of moving into the 3rd building, which is called the crest, take a look at the freight elevator to see if you are willing to go through such a move. I was happy I didn't have to move anything myself, because it doesn't look very easy for heavy furniture.

My room is at a nice temperature. Even though the AC isn't on, it stays stable for a while. The use of heaters is occasional to keep the room at 70 degrees.

I found that the front desk people are polite. Not all of them, but a few. If you show respect to them, they'll do the same.

There is a Wallmart near by which other stores such as Sprint, Coldstones, and a Dollar Store. The area is predominantly ------- American. They are very friendly.

One of the things that I did have a problem with was my light bulb cover in the bathroom unexpectedly fell and shattered on the ground. I spoke to the person cleaning the carpet outside and he was able to get me a maintenance person to clean up the glass within 5 min. Then another man came and installed a new one. Total time was 15 mins.

The maintenance here seem to be friendly. I have one more thing that needs to be fixed. I will write on this journal next time to see how long it will take for them to fix it.

The apartment was fairly clean when I moved in. The carpet was washed and the walls were repainted. The kitchen was a little dirty with a few stains.

There is a computer room on the bottom floor of my apartment with BLAZING SPEED internet that I am definitely going to enjoy.

The elderly here are very friendly if you know how to say Hello.

All in all, I still recommend this place.

Why waste your time talking about a place you don't live? Wyncote includes the area in "front" of Towers, & you think its clean? Go into the Shop Rite, Walmart, or any other location in the proximity of the "front" of Towers -- then we'll see. We'll see if the leasing agents are there in a month. During my time there, we went through over 8 leasing agents. The people you build relationships with leave, and the new people -- you're nothing but a problem to them. & try to contact maintenance in regards to anything... It may look extremely appealing but that only holds for so long.
