I loved my apartment until I saw a rodent run across my floor. I'm extremely disgusted. I pay $1300 a month for a 1 bedroom, and the front office has been not too helpful in my situation. They came in and sealed the pipes (which they failed to do when I initially moved in). I still see rodent droppings. If it helps, I live in building 2, and was told by some maintenance staff that the building has a rodent problem. They spray apartments EVERY Tuesday and Thursday (but don't define it as a problem) Also don't be fooled by the font gate. The back gate is not secure. There is NO security at the back gate. It's open and anyone can drive in. I've also had other maintenance issues. The Towers at Wyncote (also known as The Trilogy) is a living veneer.

Well I guess the rats help fuel the nickname "The Projects of Wyncote'. Even the security patrols dont secure anything. Any given night you can find their Ford Focus "patrol' car in the corner on bldg 1's parking lot or in the leasing office parking lot. The security officer will be in the seat which fully declined so they can be comfortable while they sleep. The quality of renters has dropped faster then the stock market. It's like living in the ghetto. Loud subwoofer'ed music playing well after 11pm, cars being hit and damaged in the parking lot constantly and drunk people throwing beer bottles off their balconys. Welcome to the ghetto, my friend.
