Excellent Apartment Building

Eventhough its alittle pricy, you got to go and check out the prices, the building is extremely clean, quiet, and well maintained. Whenever something needs to be serviced, there is always someone here to help you. Also a lot of parking in a well-lit parking lot, sometimes the guards walk around at night checking up on the situation. Fright elevator available for your groceries, as well as shopping carts, so that you can bring in your groceries/bags with ease. Everything is inlcuded in the price of the rent, except for electricity. I have a one bedroom and my bill is around 20 bucks a month. One bad thing is that they charge an 5.18 cents for "customer charge" even if you dont use electricity.
Other than that, everything is excellent!
