I'm under the age of 30 - and I'm one of a few! The building, however, is welcoming and perfect! I wanted quiet, gracious, relatively big, decent price, safe, and in the area -- that is exactly what I got. As a single female there are apartments that fit my needs! Wyncote house has a grounds crew, security, and maintenance who are all on-call at a moments notice. I had a maintenance issue and it was resolved that day - even though the receptionist told me it would be a few days! In fact, I'm getting ready to upgrade to a 2b 1.5 bath! The only thing that I would change about Wyncote House would be the hours of operation in the main office - I have found working hours to be a bit difficult to arrange, should I need to talk to the manager, it is complicated.
