Office staffing are not dependable.

The office staff at this place are horrible. They are almost impossible to get a hold of. Anything that goes wrong on their end is your fault. And even when you make an appointment with them you will still be ignored and the appointment will be broken without any notice.

Other then that though the building is nice.
