I only moved in a month ago, but Wyncote House is great. It has a lot of older people, but because of that, it's very quiet, clean, and well maintained. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to problems (same day for everything I've needed). The front desk staff is very friendly. I haven't dealt with the manager and assistant manager much, but Maria seems very helpful and friendly.
It's pricier than many options, but it's also much nicer. The apartments have central air, dishwashers, a large balcony, and a laundry (coin op) and trash (and recycling) room on every floor.
I'd recommend it to anyone but young, partying types.

dishwasher in the apt. But, in the jr. one bedrooms there are not dishwashers... only the regular one bedrooms (which are huge), and the 2 and 3 BR apts.
