Parkview doesn't care about how there customer are. They are all out for your money. They don't fix things until you ready to move out. They also give you a problem when you want to leave with a 60 days notice. They have a mice problem. And there is nothing you to do about it.

You do not see the apartment before the move in day. so you don't know what you are getting yourself into.

Best to keep on looking.

I lived a parkview for 4 Years. The was very noisy. Reparis wasn't timely and there is roach and mice problem. Snow is not removed timely. All they care about is getting your money.
