We have been waiting for this for a year. Let's break it down by events....
1. We found out that the front (secured) door key also opened our apartment door. Which means that anyone who lived there had access to our apartment.
2. They can't add a simple name to the lease. So if you get married during your stay, your spouse's name can't be added to the lease or mailbox. That's just dumb!
3. Next, the people there all drive like they are in 2 fast 2 furious. But yeah that is normal nowadays. But in a parking lot' And of course, the parking lot has no speed bumps. There is an accident like every weekend.
4. My wife and I saw a woman try to run over a her ex ( I guess) right in front of the building. All we heard was "Its war, mutha Bleep, BOOM!!" Nuff said.
5. Ok, its 7 or 8 pm, boom!! Look outside, and there is a car sticking out of the 1st floor of the building. WHo knows why. Believe me, it is a good way to speak to your neighbors since they are all outside wondering what the hell is going on.
6. Walls are paper thin. For 6 months, the people above us, blasted music all hours of the night. We complained to management of course. Nothin done. For six months!
7. If you have a sensitivty car alarm, you are in trouble. Every day, a SUV comes in blasting all this bass that shakes everything including other cars. Alarms going off all the time.
8 There is more, but I am getting tired of typing. Happy to say we are outta there.
