I had a very bad experience with Parkview. The apartment are actually nice, quite big and in good shape. The staff are terrible, really rude and not very helpful. The guy who lived above me played music and had parties all the time, really *all the time*. First week he waked me up 4 times in the middle of night, one of them was at 5 AM. Complained at least several times to the manager. Nothing happened, they never took an action against him.

They also charge you arbitrary for heat which is supposed to be charged based on your own use. I traveled for 6 weeks in the middle of winter, the apartment was empty during that time, and heat was not used, and ended up charging me more than 100 dollars for the heat bill.

In conclusion, I had a really bad experience with them. I just could not stand the place any more, and spend most of the last 5 months of my lease (1-year lease) in my girlfriend's apartment, and moved out once the lease was over. I will never go back there and I will highly discourage you if you are thinking about moving there.
