The Good . . .
Nice size apartments
Great closet space
Decent location
The Bad . . .
The MICE
The Flooding
Horrible Security
Very slow maintenance
Again, The MICE
Outlandish rent increase
The heat and hot water bill
Planes, Trains, and once again the MICE
As you can see the bad outweighs the good. My biggest complaint is the Mice. My building is so bad that the mice are running up and down the stairs in the hallway. I've had a mouse problems for 4 months now and there is no end in sight. My advice would be to stay away from Parkview.
