I have lived here for a couple years now. At first it was a peaceful place to live. It was easy transportation, near shopping areas and the landscaping was sufficient. Now there is a HUGE mice problem that has yet to be resolved. The exterminator only places glue traps throughout the apartment..something I had done prior to their visit. Ongoing maintenance is the worst. For the last two years tiles in the bathroom have been just falling into the tub and finally upon my decision to move, someone came to remedy the situation. For the past nine months I have been overcharged for the rent and finally received creidt after threatening to put money in escrow. You pay for heating and hot water for the whole building it is split upon the apartments in the building. The laudry facilities are in every other building and sometimes in the winter months they are not operable or leaking. The local police ticket cars just becasue even if you are parked legally. The administrative staff are unresponsive and unpleasant. The safety lights in the hallways are often out poor lighting in the stairwell. Many times there is not hot water in the morning so be advised to bathe and wash all dishes at night. Very little cabinet space. The leasing office area is well kept. You are not allowed to see the unit in which you are assigned until move in day. I just remember only a few years ago it was a much better place to live.
