My lease ended on the 1st and I can't tell you how much of a relief I feel. Living here has been a huge headache. I would advice new renters to stay away. Please read the other reviews before you decide to rent from Parkview Court! I'm so happy to be leaving a place where mice run a muck and where the management doesn't care. I don't think you are not telling a true picture. I've lived at Parkview for a number of years. I have seen the good with the bad. As far as the mice are concerned....This property is surrounded with a creek and a railroad, not to mention....Yeadon Boro has it's own problems with the mice running around in broad daylight.... I've and a wonderful experience living here and I don't plan on moving out no time soon... I've referred friends and family and they have remained as well. The office staff is plasant and very concern with our well being....If you talk to people the way you would like to be spoken too, you will never have a problem with Mr. Hicks or his staff....

Yes, there is a creek & a railroad, both of which have always been there, but the mice & the rude office staff, now that's a relatively "new" (at least 5 years) problem! I've lived here for too many years to mention & I've NEVER SEEN IT THIS BAD!! Who's to blame? Maybe there needs to be a community meeting to hash out some of these problems...somethings gotta give!!
