Unfortunately, I have lived here for over 20 years. When I first moved here it was wonderful. The landscaping was lovely and the halls were kept clean. Over the years this place has turned into a ghetto. I have complained verbally and in writing regarding poor maintenance, lack of lighting in the halls and entry ways, front doors that don't lock and keys that don't work. It is only when I tell them I am contacting my attorney do they do "some" repairs. I have been waiting over 5 years for my apartment to be painted and last year when I asked for new carpet I was told by the building manager "We all want something". There is so much more but it would fill a book. I am now looking for a new place to live. I have had enough. Anyone considering Parkview should 'JUST SAY NO!!!!!

I agree with you all the way. I don't intent to stay here either 6 years is enough for me

You sound just like me! I've "over stayed my welcome" too...a resident for 20 years & FED UP with the poor response to our concerns...God willing, we'll be moving out very soon!

This so called complex is outta order...i make to much money and my credit is far to good 2 stay in this nutass parkview...and to know i was actually considering movin in here....that fatass ms.davis the manager looks sneaky.
