maintenance almost doesn't exist. parking is rediculous office management employees are rude and down right nasty. Promises are always made but never kept. people get killed here people get robbed here they steal your car stereos and tires. security well there is none. locked doors are kicked in so they don't lock anymore plumbing is a night mare. Base engergy is crazy over 100.00 a month during the winter but they will lie to you and tell you it's only 30.00 a month
