I've lived here for a year and all i can say is MICE. tons of them. parking is horrible people that dont live here take parking spaces. plumbing is a problem now i literally have mold growing under my carpet. i'm black and i'm not a racist against my own people but africans stink and are very nasty, rude, and they are extremely loud. I hope someone reads this because this complex needs new management and the ------- tenants need to be kicked out. Im sorry but it is the truth.

At the risk of sounding prejudice, I am with you on this one. The Africans seem to be tearing up. The loudness is unbearable; all hours of the night, the laughing and hollering, loud music coming from cars. (Sorry folks, but its your music and accent that gives you away!) I don't know what they are cooking that smells so horrible! Parkview used to be better than this; now its gone downhill.

the mice problem is being worked on real hard- good program for it. Asking people to move things- they don't. Can't treat problem if we can't get to it.Everybody always says life was better years ago.............

Awful. This place should be called the "project court apartment". In my three years there 2 people were shot. I don't want to be racist either, but why is it when black people are in charge the ---- is ----ed up. I moved to the suburbs now, so I'm just glad I escaped.
