This place is over the top. Coming from Philly to the Burbs was a real treat when we moved into Parkview Court Apartments. Yes, there are some issues with the rodents, insects but not to the extreme as I've been reading....With a creek on one side, a rail road on the other and a shopping center on the premises, well you draw the conclusion. This place is a great place to start out and I would refer anyone here to live.

First of all, I would hardly call Yeadon the burbs. Anyone who's lived in Philly long enough or in Delaware County long enough, knows Yeadon is no where near what it used to be anymore. Those issues with the rodents and insects...extreme! And I'm sorry to say this to you, but if you think that shopping center is, to use your words, "a treat" then you haven't really been too far. Save A Lot is not a real market...a hair store, Planned Parenthood, half stocked deli and dirty pizza store do not a great shopping center make! Let's talk about the management. I know there are a lot of places that have their dirt but this management is the worst. The new secretary writes down your maintenance requests sometimes..you have to call a few times and send threatening letters before any work is done...maybe you haven't had to deal with this yet. The office that handles new applicants and the rental office are like night and day. There's poor lighting, leaks in buildings, I could go on...

Very interested in your response- please let them know if somethinjg isn't done. They like to try to work things out. Please let them know of your concerns- they are trying and do alot of good things.
