I can't believe how I'm reading all these negative reviews and I am totally nodding my head in agreement with them all. Management: Untrustworthy, will take advantage of you if you let them. And all of a sudden they are doing apartment inspections. What is that about' The only people that have to get them done are project folks...am I right'!! They say they do this every year..they lied! They've never done this before! Perfect example of untrustworthy!!
Maintenance: What's that' You better buy a shovel with that lease...when it snows, you'll have to dig yourself out...Parkview will do it...a few days later. Neighbors: The Africans are really bad neighbors...their food smells toxic, and they are very loud people, they are rude and don't care what they do or how loud it is or what time it is when they do whatever! Convenience: They are convenient to Septa...that's it. The shopping centers near by used to be nicer but they have even gone down. The nearest brand name market is a car drive away...hope you have a car. Otherwise, you're stuck with Save A Lot which is dirty and doesn't seem to have much in it. The pizza store..well I've heard stories about that place. They changed hands too. Parking, good luck. I don't seem to get a space close to my building at all. Its seems like maybe its overpopulated up there. Potholes in the streets on the property, did I talk about the people that try to live with you that are not on the lease..folks, I'm talking about the pests! Insects every now and then, yes I can see it, they are everywhere, this place is out of control. Too much to tell in this small space...just take my word for it...thinking of signing a lease here' Don't do it...Its not even like the rental price makes it worth it!! Trust I've finally got my money together and I am out of here in a few months!

good for you! unfortunately I have to agree with you on ALL counts!!Parkview used to be a really nice place to live...what happened???I've got to get out of here too...wish me God-speed & I hope the same for you!

apt. inspections have been done for the past three years to insure that there are no outstanding maintenance issues. Previously, these inspections were done in conjunction with the Boro of yeadon. Please put in writing your concerns and they will be answered.
