I must say that based on the previous comments, I believe I have it better than most who reside within this development. I do not have an issue with roaches or mice and my apartment is quite nice as I have been told by other residents. My issue is with the management of the property. Let me just say, that I work in a high-level, professional environment, which deals heavily with customer service.

All of my dealings with the management office have been horrible. All of the women within that office act like they have chronic PMS. I have NEVER come across such rudeness, attitude, lack of communication, and lack of common sense within a "professional environment." I find it hard to believe that they continue to act in this manner and still find a way to stay in business. They must be related to the owner or something.

The maintenance department (who') never shows up to make repairs, you must make several requests to finally have an issue addressed, and PLEASE put everything in writing if you even expect to be treated in some type of humane manner.

A problem they must work on- must be professional- maintenance too.. Don't always get professional manners from others- I've been there...
