The management staff is nice when you visit, but they are absolutely rude once you're a tenant. The gas bill is a rip off, mice problem, and it's just a headache. Please DO NOT move here, you'll find yourself hating it. I am counting down the days until next August when we finally move out of this place. They also try to trip you up with the rent, so they won't cash your check without the gas bill enclosed (which usually comes way past the due date of the rent), and then they try and tell you your rent is late and you have to pay a late fee and buy a money order! What!!!!! Don't waste your time and energy. I moved in because I qualified for the special: no security deposit, and first month's rent free...and then during the first month I got an eviction notice. Had to go in with my lease that showed the free month so they could get their records togehter. I hate it here

After reading all of the postings, I have to agree that this is the worst complex ever. I moved from a duplex into this crappy complex and I hate it. They offer you the move special and then they act as if they don't know what the hell you're talking about, you have to show documents that state you qualified for the move in special. Then they tell you if you refer someone you will receive a discount on your rent. I referred two people when will my rent be discounted? The staff are nice to you when you looking at the apartments then when you're a tenant they treat you like crap. You're not allowed to see you apartment before moving in, they tell you where it is and that's it. Had I known that I choose a dump for an apartment I would have never moved in. Also they divide the gas bill. There are only two people in my apartment who are never home. Why is my gas bill so high? The building maintenance people never come and when they do they don't anything. My hallway light has been out for two months and I have been complaining. Finally I told someone in the business office that I was documenting every call in the event something happens to or my family. That B *%#$ hung up on me and my light still hasn't been fixed. The exterminator is also crappy. As soon as they "exterminated" I saw a roach. I live directly in front the train tracks and I have a billion mice, yet they don't want you to have a cat. I saw a million cats wondering around the complex with collars you mean to tell me that none of those cats belong to the tenants. My daughter said she saw something that looks like a rat, cat, puppy, and a possum combined. Another thing is the pool, how in the hell do they run out of pool passes? Shouldn't they have atleast two for each building. This place is an overpriced dump and I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to live here.
