The place is just a high price projects that should be investigated. The mice have taken over the apartments and mgmt. act like it is funny. They treat people nasty and is very disrespectful. i will never recommend this complex to anybody unless they get rid of everyone in the mgmt. office and the sales office and some of the maintenance staff. Tehey saw no pets allowed but the maintenance man that live on the site have a dog that he walks in the grass and the playground.The gas bill is high ,You pay for other people to keep warm who have people that live in there who is not on the lease and stay home all day using the heat while you are at work and when you tell mgmt. they just laugh and do not investigate your complaint.They are just rude and they need to know if it wasnot for the tenants they would not have a job. be sure no drop rent money order into the drop box. I did that once before and they said they never received it. Fees accumulated, and they took me to court. The rent goes up every year and if you don't renew the lease that's even more money. This is a hell hole!

When I tell you the mice is out of control. You will not believe me. I have pictures of the mess that they left behind and records of contacting the Yeadon Borough Department of Health who only called and spoke management about my complaint. I followed the proper channels and still no help to be had. I have recently given my 60 day notice. This was my first time ever living in an apartment and hopefully the last.
