i've been here for a few years and my best recomendation is don't live underneath anyone!!! The staff is ok,maintenance is mainly efficient and the grounds are kept pretty decent where i am located.Most of the people drive too fast and reckless with no concern for other drivers less more pedestrians.And they need more streetlights for those traveling early am and late evening.overall i'm ok with living here{i just should have chosen a top floor}but what may have helped the footsteps etc...above our heads would have been cemented floors and padding between the floors so that is my only major concern. And the early on mouse issue-i took care of that!!!So it's no longer an issue.I do believe those in charge of screening people should do so a little more carefully because in some aspects they are doing a poor job. The gas bill is also never accurate {in the winter months}but hopefully i'll be gone from here to something better in the near future!!!

Living in Parkview Court Apartments was like living on Nightmare on Elm Street. It was an horrific experience for me.I can name a few issues that was quite disturbing, a huge mice problem. One morning I saw two playing footsey in my window sill.The heating bills were outrageous,building engineers were incompetent and caught smoking crack and last but not least ,front office management staff, I cannot think of word that could describe them, okay I found a few liars, inefficient incompetent, mean spirited ,hateful and I could go on but I will say please donot move into Parkview Apartments.
